Making and Confirming a Reservation

The customer must make a reservation either through our website or by contacting the owner directly.

The reservation is only confirmed once the customer has paid the required advance payment and received confirmation of it.

Payment Terms

The reservation payment must be made by the specified date; otherwise, the reservation may be canceled.

The final payment must be made before the stay or according to the agreed schedule.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing.

A cancellation fee may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation in relation to the reservation start date.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM unless otherwise agreed.

An additional fee may be charged for late check-out without prior notice.

Damages and Cleaning

The customer is responsible for the condition of the cottage or cottages during their stay and is liable for any damages incurred.

The customer must leave the cottage in a tidy and clean condition at the end of their stay.

Rules of Use

Smoking, bringing pets (unless otherwise agreed), and inviting additional guests without prior permission are prohibited in the cottage or cottages.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the personal belongings of customers or any damage caused by the customer’s actions during the stay.

Compliance with Other Terms

The customer must comply with all other agreed terms and rules specified in the reservation confirmation or other documents.
